SHIPPING POLICY
Goods are usually despatched with 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery time varies depending on location but is usually within 2-8 business days. We use a combination of Australia Post and private couriers. If you have a preference for a certain carrier for your delivery please let us know by leaving a note during or just after checkout. In some instances an extra cost may apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for change of mind or incorrect choice are not available so please choose carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. A remedy for damaged items received by the customer will be provided with respect to the circumstances and customer needs. In some cases we may require the damaged goods be returned to us before a refund is provided.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
